responsive service to your critical needs. Clients
can often expect on-site service within a matter
of hours, if not within minutes. Our A+ Certified
Technicians are qualified to troubleshoot your
PC or network-related environment to get you back
up and running with a minimum amount of down-time.
All customers, business or residential, must
maintain business-class Internet access service
(DSL, Cable, Satellite, T1, WiMax, etc.).
Hourly & Flat-Rate
Fees
Our current hourly rates are listed below, as
well as our flat-rate pricing for small projects.
Services that require immediate priority service
or must take place after normal business hours
(8-5pm, Monday-Friday, except holidays) are billed
at emergency rates.
Operating systems not supported: Windows 95,
Windows 98, and Windows Me (upgrades will be considered
with respect to existing hardware).
Our services will be billed at the corresponding
hourly rate upon our arrival at your premises;
the return trip is not billed.
Payment Terms
All services are due upon completion of a work
task. Invoices are submitted by email after the
prescribed tasks have been performed satisfactorily.
A) Sun Bay Networks will grant net 10-day terms
to customers with sound bank and trade references.
10-day terms are not available for product purchases,
which must be made in advance. To apply for credit,
simply complete the Sun Bay Networks credit application,
available upon request. Any balance unpaid after
10 days will be subject to a monthly finance charge
of 1½ percent. A $20.00 service charge
will be incurred for all returned checks. Customer
agrees to pay all costs of collection and attorney
fees for delinquent amount.
B) COD Policy - Initial shipments of products
or delivery of services for new customers not
yet approved on terms will require Cash On Delivery
(COD), certified check, company check, or credit
card.
C) Past due balances must be settled before ongoing
support will be provided.
The rates stated below are effective as of March
13, 2009.
